By accessing or using Growable MedOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the service
You may use Growable MedOS only if you can form a binding contract with GD Solutions and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Patient data & clinic responsibility
Growable MedOS is a tool for clinics and healthcare providers to manage patient records, appointments, treatments and billing. The clinic (account holder) remains solely responsible for obtaining any consents required from patients, for the accuracy of data entered, and for complying with applicable healthcare and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
4. Subscription & payment
Access to Growable MedOS is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
Growable MedOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GD Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Growable MedOS for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Growable MedOS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
